Dhaka, Sep 8 (V7N)- For the second day in a row, job seekers have gathered at Shahbagh, demanding that the age limit for entering government jobs be raised to 35.

The protesters had initially scheduled their program for 10 a.m. on Sunday, but by 11:30 a.m., there was no significant presence. By noon, demonstrators began assembling in front of the National Museum.

Md Harun, one of the protest participants, mentioned that the decision on whether to block the Shahbagh intersection again or determine the next course of action would depend on the number of people joining the protest.

On Saturday, the protesters had blocked the Shahbagh intersection from 1 p.m. until around 8:45 p.m., after which they issued a 12-hour ultimatum before vacating the area.
