Clashes in Ukhiya's Rohingya camps have left seven injured after RSO terrorists attacked, shooting four and vandalizing homes. Enhanced police presence has been deployed to control the situation.
 
In various Rohingya camps in Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar, the general Rohingya population has become enraged, leading to potential large-scale clashes. 
 
RSO terrorists are exerting dominance over the general Rohingyas by shooting and attacking their homes, causing significant damage to many houses. Seven people have been injured in the incident, including four who were shot. The other three were severely injured in a mob beating. The gunshot victims are receiving treatment at an NGO-run hospital inside the Ukhiya Rohingya camp.
 
The injured from gunshots are, Mohammad Ibrahim (17), son of Nadir Hossain, Nur Hossain (14), son of Abu Samar Mohammad Junaid (10), son of Abdur Rahim, these three are residents of Ukhiya's Camp No. 4. The fourth victim, Mohammad Selim (8), is the son of Abul Khayer from Ukhiya's Camp No. 3.
 
The incident occurred on Wednesday (May 22) at 11:30 AM in Block E-8 of Ukhiya's Camp No. 4.
Members of the general Rohingya population beat up members of RSO member Shafi's family, injuring three people.
 
The injured are, Nur Bahar (50), wife of Mohammad Siddiq, a resident of Block E-1 in Ukhiya's Camp No. 4, Mohammad Shafi (17), her son another unidentified person they were given primary treatment and sent home.
 
Sources indicate that groups of 20-30 people with sticks are stationed at various points inside the Rohingya camps to resist the terrorist group.
 
For several days, RSO members have been abducting general Rohingyas from various locations in the camps, including the Lambashia area, to fight in Myanmar's Rakhine state. When the Rohingyas refused, RSO members fired at them and vandalized their sheds today. The terrorists fired approximately ten rounds.
 
Ukhiya Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shamim Hossain confirmed the truth of the incidents. He also stated that there have been several clashes in the Rohingya camps, resulting in seven injuries.
 
Additional police forces have been deployed in the Rohingya camps.
 
Commanding Officer of the 14th Armed Police Battalion (Additional DIG) Mohammad Iqbal said, "I have learned that four Rohingyas were shot by miscreants. They are receiving treatment, and operations are underway to catch the miscreants."
