In Panchagarh, voting is taking place in a joyous environment. Voter turnout is low in the morning due to the cold and fog in the polling places, but it rises as the sun comes out. Polling is being conducted impartially and peacefully. As of yet, no conflicts have been reported.

In 997 voting places spread over 156 centers in Panchagarh-1 Constituency—which includes 23 Unions of Panchagarh Sadar, Tetulia, Atwari Upazila, and Panchagarh Municipality—4 lakh 36 thousand 923 voters will exercise their right to vote. 2 lakh 19 thousand 338 men, 2 lakh 17 thousand 584 women, and 1 transgender person were included in this group.

Additionally, 3 lakh 89 thousand 941 voters, who are divided into 20 unions from the upazilas of Boda and Debiganj as well as the municipalities of Boda and Debiganj, will exercise their right to vote in 854 rooms throughout 131 polling stations in Panchagarh 2. One lakh 94 thousand 228 women, one lakh 95 thousand 710 males, and three transgender people were included.

In order to guarantee equitable voting and law and order in two Panchgarh constituencies, according to Returning Officer and Deputy Commissioner Zahurul Islam, three more deputy commissioners—two of whom are chairmen of the election inquiry committee—five judicial magistrates, sixteen executive magistrates, a team of 182 army personnel, thirteen BGB platoons, four RAB platoons, eight platoons of armed Ansar, eight hundred police personnel, four platoons of APBN, eight platoons of armed Ansar, and over three thousand male and female Ansar members have been deployed. In each facility, 12–14 police officers and Ansar members are stationed. Additionally, police, BGB, and RAB patrols form part of the strike force.

Eight Election Observing Organizations in the Panchagarh-1 Constituency and four in the Panchagarh-2 Constituency will be present at this election.

There are 60 general polling places in Panchagarh 1 and 59 in Panchagarh 2, out of the 287 polling places in the two Panchagarh constituency. Panchagarh-1 has 95 significant or vulnerable centers, whereas Panchagarh-2 has 41. In addition, there are 31 in the Panchagarh-2 constituency and one in the Panchagarh-1 constituency that are significant or vulnerable centers.
