In the occupied West Bank, a surge in attacks by Israeli illegal residents, accompanied by Israeli forces, has raised alarm. According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), over the past six months, more than 700 attacks have been perpetrated in the region.

These attacks have resulted in casualties and significant damage to Palestinian homes and property. OCHA reports that in 69 of these attacks, Palestinians suffered casualties, with 17 fatalities and over 400 injuries. Additionally, 558 attacks caused damage to Palestinian homes and property, with 40 houses vandalized and approximately 10,000 trees damaged.

The increase in attacks coincides with the start of Tel Aviv's invasion of Gaza on October 7, suggesting a correlation between the military actions in Gaza and the escalation of violence in the West Bank. The rise in aggression by Israeli occupiers underscores the ongoing challenges faced by Palestinians in the region.
