In a show of military prowess, Iran held a parade in the capital Tehran on Wednesday (April 17) to mark National Army Day, as reported by Qatar-based media Al Jazeera.

State-of-the-art weaponry was showcased during the parade, with tight security measures in place around the venue. Access was restricted, and live broadcasts were not permitted, underscoring the significance of the event. Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi attended the parade, alongside top military officials.

During his address, President Raisi asserted that Israel's intelligence, security, and military apparatus had strategically failed. He emphasized that Iran's actions against Israel have been calculated and targeted, rather than extensive.

Iran's Air Force Commander, Hamid Vahedi, echoed President Raisi's sentiments, affirming that Iran's air defense capabilities are at full readiness. He issued a warning to Iran's adversaries, cautioning against any "strategic mistakes."

The parade served as a display of Iran's military preparedness and readiness to defend its sovereignty and interests amidst ongoing tensions with Israel.
