Khulna, Jan 02, (V7N) - In a motivational talk with players of the Under-18 Young Tiger National Cricket Tournament-2024-25 at the Khulna Divisional Stadium, Divisional Commissioner Md. Firoz Sarkar emphasized the significance of concentration and decision-making in sports. He pointed out that while physical strength is important, mastering the techniques of the game is crucial to becoming a skilled player.

He stated, "To be a good player, one must increase concentration on the game. Quick and correct decisions on the field, along with technical skills, are essential to develop oneself as a successful player."

The event was attended by Additional Divisional Commissioner (Development) Abu Sayed Md. Manjur Alam and senior journalist Sheikh Didarul Alam, who is also a member of the Divisional Sports Association. The 20 players from Khulna Division, managed by Tariqul Islam Sohan and coached by Apu and Rana, will soon head to Rajshahi and Bogra to participate in the upcoming cricket tournament, scheduled to begin on January 6.

After the event, the Divisional Commissioner visited the Khulna Divisional Stadium to observe the facilities and express his support for the team.
