The final week of the NFL preseason saw some exciting matchups, with several players stepping up to make their cases for the regular season.

Jack Plummer led the Carolina Panthers to victory by completing 21 of 29 passes for 278 yards and two touchdowns. Plummer's 36-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Coker early in the fourth quarter put the Panthers up 31-19, and despite a late push from the Bills, Carolina held on for the win. Buffalo's KJ Hamler scored on a 1-yard rush with under two minutes left, but the Panthers were able to run out the clock. Frank Gore Jr. was a bright spot for Buffalo, rushing for 101 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries.

Jermar Jefferson was the hero for the Lions, scoring two rushing touchdowns that helped Detroit overcome a 14-point deficit. Pittsburgh took an early lead with rushing touchdowns from Cordarrelle Patterson and La'Mical Perine, but the Lions' defense clamped down, allowing only a field goal for the rest of the game. Hendon Hooker threw a touchdown pass as part of Detroit's comeback.

The Packers dominated the Ravens with 24 unanswered points after falling behind 7-6 in the second quarter. Michael Pratt and Sean Clifford each threw for a touchdown, and Anthony Johnson Jr. returned a fumble 24 yards for a score. The Packers' defense was suffocating, holding Baltimore to just 177 yards of total offense.

Will Reichard's four field goals and Jaren Hall's two touchdown passes powered the Vikings to an easy win over the Eagles. Philadelphia struggled on fourth down, failing to convert on all six attempts. Minnesota's defense kept the Eagles' offense in check, with the only points for Philadelphia coming from a 41-yard Jake Elliott field goal in the second quarter.

The Texans edged out the Rams by stopping a two-point conversion attempt late in the game. Zach Evans scored twice for Los Angeles, including the touchdown that brought them within two points, but he was stopped short on the conversion try. Tim Boyle led the Texans with two touchdown passes.

The Chargers' defense had a standout performance, intercepting Cowboys quarterback Trey Lance five times. Tre'mon Morris-Brash's 25-yard pick-six gave Los Angeles the lead late in the game, and Robert Kennedy's interception in the end zone sealed the win. Despite his turnovers, Lance threw for 323 yards and a touchdown and added 90 rushing yards and a score, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Chargers.
