Dhaka, Jan 13 (V7N) — The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the transfer of 50 officers of the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP) and 24 officers of the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) to different units.

The transfer orders were issued through three separate notifications by the Police-1 branch of the Public Security Division on Monday. Deputy Secretary Md. Mahbubur Rahman signed the notifications under the directives of the President.

One notification outlined the transfer of 19 SPs.

Another notification involved the transfer of 31 SPs.

A third notification ordered the transfer of 24 ASPs.

These transfers are part of routine administrative reshuffles to ensure efficient functioning of law enforcement across the country. The officers have been directed to join their new postings promptly.
