According to preliminary election results released on Sunday night, January 7, she received 109,046 votes.
There were seven contenders for this position.

With his "Eagle" insignia, independent candidate Mir Samsul Alam, who was closest to Dipu Moni, only received 24,183 votes.

There are 581,932 registered voters in the Chandpur-3 constituency.

Following the passing of independent candidate Aminul Islam, the Election Commission (EC) decided to postpone the election to Naogaon-2, and 299 constituencies went to vote this time.
