Dhaka, Mar 21 (V7N) – A flood of visitors has descended on the National Zoo on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, bringing life and laughter to the capital’s popular wildlife park. Families of all ages have visited the zoo, with children and adults alike marveling at the animals and enjoying the long holiday.

Since Saturday morning, visitors have been captivated by the antics of monkeys, elephants, bears, and hippos. Deer roam gracefully in groups, while giraffes stretch their long necks, seemingly greeting the delighted crowds. The lions’ enclosure has also drawn particular attention, with both children and adults reacting with excitement and awe. Many parents say watching the animals has brought back childhood memories, adding to the festive spirit.

Zoo authorities have implemented strict safety measures to ensure a secure visit for all. Officials estimate that approximately 150,000 visitors are expected each day during the Eid holidays.
