Pranay Verma, the Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh, congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian government on their meeting with PM Hasina today, January 8, 2024.

The first nation to congratulate the prime minister on Monday was India.

The Indian high commissioner expressed optimism that the bilateral partnership will continue to flourish and gain even more pace under PM Hasina's upcoming tenure in office.

According to the ambassador, India will keep assisting the people of Bangladesh in achieving their goal of creating a rich, progressive, and stable country, led by
