Dhaka, Jan 21 (V7N) — Voting for the 13th National Parliament Election and Referendum will begin at 5:00 pm today (Wednesday) for Bangladeshi voters living abroad, the Election Commission (EC) has announced.

According to a message sent by the EC, expatriate voters who have registered through the ‘Postal Vote BD’ mobile application will be able to exercise their voting rights starting from 5 pm on January 21, 2026.

The EC said that registered voters can cast their votes by following the instructions provided in the Postal Vote BD app, or by accessing the Election Commission’s official website or app. After completing the voting process, voters must place their ballot in the yellow envelope and submit it to the nearest post office or mailbox by January 25 to ensure timely delivery.
