Dhaka, Feb 17 (V7N) — Following the oath-taking of members of parliament elected in the 13th National Parliament, discussions have now shifted to the composition of the new cabinet, with multiple senior leaders of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) expected to take oath as ministers.

Party insiders and various sources indicate that Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir is set to join the cabinet, a move widely anticipated in political circles.

Likely Cabinet Ministers

Among those expected to be sworn in as ministers are:

  • Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury

  • Salahuddin Ahmed

  • Iqbal Hasan Mahmud

  • Hafiz Uddin Ahmed
