The Power Division reported that 97% of Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) consumers had their power restored following Cyclone Remal.

BREB restored electricity to 29.3 million of its consumers, while the remaining 3% still need door-to-door service. The West Zone Power Distribution Company Ltd (WZPDC) restored power to all its affected consumers.

Around 21,000 BREB workers and WZPDC manpower are actively repairing damaged power lines.
