Thirteen Bangladeshis, including women and children who were trafficked to India, returned home on Sunday night via Jessore's Benapole check post after serving jail sentences. Hailing from various districts, they were arrested for illegal entry into India. After completing sentences of 18 to 24 months, they were handed over to Bangladeshi authorities by Indian immigration police. The NGO "Justice and Care" facilitated their return to their families.
