Abu Zafar, a recently suspended deputy director of the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), has been arrested for his involvement in leaking exam question papers. It has been revealed that he operated a coaching centre named Jyoti Institute in Malibagh, Dhaka, where he prepared students for job exams, including the BCS. Despite previous denials of promotion due to his coaching activities, Zafar continued to earn illicitly by running the centre and leaking papers. Construction of a duplex house in his hometown has been abandoned for three years, raising suspicions about his illegal wealth.
