Kolkata, July 14 (V7N) - The three-day Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF) kicked off yesterday at Kolkata's Science City-linked World Bangla Fairground. The event features 450 tourism companies worldwide, with notable participation from eight companies representing Bangladesh.

Among the participating countries at this year's fair are Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Mauritius, and Thailand, each showcasing their tourism offerings. Representatives from various tourism boards and organizations have gathered to promote their destinations.

Led by Sanjida Sharmin, Deputy Secretary of Bangladesh's Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, a six-member delegation is actively participating in the fair.

Bangladeshi participants include Speed Holidays, A-1 Tour Solution, Evergreen Tourism Network, Bengal Holidays, River and Green Tours, Hotel Grand Park, and Bijoykan Holidays. At their eight stalls, visitors can explore tourist destinations through brochures and learn about travel experiences and costs associated with visiting Bangladesh.
