Dhaka, Aug 05 (V7N) – A vibrant day-long cultural program titled ‘36 July Celebration’ is underway on Manik Mia Avenue in the capital to mark the first anniversary of the July Uprising that reshaped the country’s political landscape.
The event began at 12 noon on Tuesday (August 5) with a performance by the Saimum Shilpi Gosthi, who opened the celebration by singing ‘Ei Desh Amar Bangladesh, Amar Bhalobasha’, a patriotic composition written by Ustad Tofazzel Hossain.
