Dhaka, Aug 28 (V7N): A case has been lodged against former Chief Justice ABM Khairul Haque, accusing him of delivering corrupt, malicious, and illegal judgments.

The case was filed on Tuesday night by Supreme Court lawyer Mujahidul Islam Shaheen at Shahbagh police station in the capital, confirmed Officer-in-Charge (OC) AKM Shahabuddin Shaheen.

This follows a similar case filed against the former Chief Justice and recently resigned Chairman of the Law Commission on Monday in Narayanganj. The earlier case accused him of altering the verdict and committing fraud related to the annulment of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution.
