Rajshahi, Sept 29 V7N - BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, addressing India, stated that if India continues to support Sheikh Hasina and attempts to create instability within Bangladesh, the outcome will not be favorable. He emphasized that Bangladesh is different from Nepal or Bhutan and should not be treated in the same way.

Rizvi made these remarks during a meeting with the families of martyrs at Bhuban Mohan Park in Rajshahi on Sunday, September 29. During his speech, he criticized Sheikh Hasina's government for accumulating loans in the name of development and facilitating the accumulation of black money by her close associates, allowing them to send the money abroad. He suggested that these associates could use the money as a safety net if the government faces danger.

He further argued that reforms under Dr. Yunus in an interim government would not succeed if backed by fascism. Rizvi also accused the government of canceling arms licenses without recovering the weapons, which, according to him, remain with the Jubo League and Chhatra League, and called for their retrieval to prevent future instability.

At the conclusion of the event, Rizvi distributed gifts to the families of martyrs and the injured on behalf of Tariq Rahman.
