Cox's Bazar June 10,(V7N)- The District Commissioner has announced that there will be two Eid congregations at the Cox's Bazar Central Eidgah ground. The first congregation will be held at 7:30 AM and the second at 8:30 AM.

This decision was made during a preparatory meeting for the upcoming Eid-ul-Adha celebration in Cox's Bazar.
 
The meeting was held on Sunday (June 9) at 5 PM in the conference room of the District Administration Office, presided over by District Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Shaheen Imran.
 
Discussions were held about designated locations for animal sacrifices and ensuring safe Eid prayers throughout the municipality and the entire district.
 
During the meeting, waste management for animal sacrifices was also discussed. AKM Tariqul Alam, the executive officer of the municipality, stated that designated spots have been allocated for sacrifices across the municipality’s 12 wards. He mentioned that the animal market for sacrifices will be set up this year near the new Khurushkul bridge.
 
Speakers at the meeting included Superintendent of Police Mahfuzul Islam, Central Awami League Religious Affairs Secretary Sirajul Mustafa, District Awami League President Faridul Islam Chowdhury, Maheshkhali Upazila Chairman Zainal Abedin, District Restaurant Owners Association President Naimul Haque Chowdhury Tutul, Cox's Bazar Chamber of Commerce and Industries President Abu Morshed Chowdhury, and Cox's Bazar Press Club President Abu Taher Chowdhury, among others.
