Jaidul Hossain and Rafiqul Islam received the "Golam Mustafa Recitation Medal 2024" from Bangladesh Abritti Samannay Parishad in appreciation of their contributions to the nation's organized recitation practice.

In celebration of International Mother Language Day, the organization presented the Golam Mustafa Recitation Award 2024 and the Brishti-Dola Memorial Award for the years 2022 and 2023 to the recipients at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy's National Art Gallery auditorium on Tuesday evening. "Through the Golam Mustafa Recitation Award, we honor such meritorious persons who have been working tirelessly for the development of organizational recitation practice for a long time," stated Ahkam Ullah, General Secretary of Bangladesh Abritti Samannay Parishad, in his welcome speech. "The Brishti-Dola Memorial Award is mainly given to young promising people, who are the door of possibilities before us."

Prominent cultural figure Asaduzzaman Noor, President of Bangladesh Abritti Samannay Parishad, presented this year's award awardees and gave them their prizes. These days, it's critical to start working with our kids early on to instill in them the value of our independence. At the ceremony, he stated, "We are moving forward with building a non-communal Bangladesh while we are constantly fighting the opposition forces of the Liberation War."

Recitation artist Bhashwar Banerjee, who won the Ekushey Padak, and Shimul Mustafa, who won the same competition, presented the checks to the awardees in the presence of Ghulam Quddus, President of Sammilita Sanskritik Jote.
