Candidates should arrive at the testing location thirty minutes in advance of the exam's 10:00 am start time. Outside the centre, it was 9:40 am when Fahad Faisal arrived in Rajshahi from Naogaon. Within the examination facility, the main gate is closed.

At the 46th BCS preliminary test today, Friday, the event happened at the Rajshahi mosque mission academy centre.
Fahad was observed going through the main gate in front of Masjid Mission Academy at 9:42 a.m. Once inside, he was apprehended by two police officers.
Just then, a lady could be heard repeatedly pleading "Please let me in" from outside the gate. "It was my last BCS," Fahad sobbed as he lay on the street after the cops had pushed him out. I was slain by my brother. The flow of traffic on the road ceased at this point.
Then he heard a policeman say, "Hey brother, get up." Subsequently, Fahad stood up and went to retrieve the pen and admittance card that were lying close to the main gate.
Again he kept banging his hands and head on the road. Fahad said, 'I will die. i will die It was my last BCS.
Later, a man tried to push Fahad inside, but was thwarted by the police. At the same time, the parents said in front of the center, "The examination has not started yet." The boy should have been allowed in.' Fahad left after a while.
