The 25-year-old son of Janelle and Kody Brown, the reality TV stars from “Sister Wives,” was sadly found dead at an Arizona home on Tuesday. Garrison Brown’s death appeared to be a suicide, according to Flagstaff police, who arrived at the scene after a report of a death. His younger brother Gabe was the one who found him. The police said that the investigation into his death was ongoing and that there was no evidence of foul play.

“Sister Wives” is a TLC reality show that has been running for 18 seasons, and follows the lives of Kody Brown, his four wives, and their 18 children. Kody and Janelle, who have six children and three grandchildren together, had previously admitted to being distant from each other.

After Garrison’s death, Kody and Janelle both posted similar messages on their Instagram accounts, saying that Garrison was a bright light in their lives and that they felt a deep emptiness after losing him.

TLC, in a statement, said that they were heartbroken to hear about Garrison’s death and that they offered their sincere condolences to the Brown family during this hard time.

Garrison was known for his carpentry skills, which he shared with his family. His mother, Janelle, had complimented him for his workmanship, especially his restoration of a vintage camping trailer and his creation of a custom table for her.

The family’s relationship issues, including the estrangement between Kody and his children with Janelle, were shown in the 18th season of “Sister Wives.” Garrison himself talked about these issues in one episode, saying that he tried to make up and that he felt ignored for things he didn’t do.

Flagstaff police repeated that Garrison’s death was being investigated, with the Criminal Investigations Division’s detectives in charge. They said that there was no suspicion of foul play at this point, but the investigation was still going on.
