Known for her passion for travel, Manami often explores various parts of the world with her mother or her long-time boyfriend, Saikat Baruri, a professional photographer. This time, the couple was on a trip to Japan, where they visited iconic locations such as Mount Fuji and explored picturesque railway tracks. On Tuesday, June 11, Manami posted pictures of her injuries on Facebook, showing bandages on her hand and leg. In the caption, she assured her fans that despite the accident, she is now fine. "Although I was injured while traveling in Japan, I am fine now," she wrote.

Upon her return to India, Manami has been busy promoting her upcoming movie, "Padatik." The film, directed by Srijit Mukhopadhyay, is based on the life of the legendary director Mrinal Sen. Bangladeshi actor Chanchal Chowdhury plays the central role of Mrinal Sen, while Manami portrays Geeta Sen, Mrinal Sen's wife. This role is considered one of the most significant milestones in Manami's acting career.
