To allow her party to serve people once more, Bangladesh Awami League President and PM Sheikh Hasina asked all voters to visit the polling places early on Tuesday, December 26, morning and cast their ballots for "boat."

"January 7 is the day the election will take place. She stated, "Please go to the polling places early in the morning with other voters and cast your votes for boat, the Awami League's electoral symbol."

The prime minister said this at a Taraganj Degree College public gathering.

Sheikh Rehana, her younger sister, was there on the dais.

According to her, the boat represents the vessel used by Prophet Nuh to rescue humanity during the Great Flood.
She remarked, "This boat developed your living standard and gave you independence."

"Are you going to vote for the boat? As the audience raised their hands and screamed chants for the AL electoral emblem, she pleaded, "Promise me, please raise your hands."

At the gathering, she also presented Abul Kalam Mohammad Ahasanul Huq Chowdhury (Duke), the Awami League's nominee for the Rangpur-2 seat, and asked everyone to support him.
Concerning the various development programs the government has carried out over the past fifteen years, Hasina stated that the government could succeed because her party received votes in the previous three elections.

She said that several development initiatives remain incomplete to fulfil the aspirations of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the nation's father.

She stated that these aim to abolish poverty and rid the nation of landlessness and homelessness.
Everybody will have wonderful lives; that is our goal, she declared.

She declared that no one in Bangabandhu's nation will be overlooked.
