Ukhiya, Oct 28 (V7N)- In a major anti-narcotics operation, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel arrested an individual with 995 grams of crystal meth, locally known as "ice," at a joint check post in Morichya, Ukhia. The arrested individual, identified as Md. Monir Ahmed, 50, is a resident of the Kawarkhop area in Ramu Upazila, Cox's Bazar.

The BGB operation, led by members of Battalion 30, was carried out on Sunday, October 27, at noon in the Gwalia Palang area of Ukhia.
