Morelganj, Bagerhat, May 05 (V7N) - The 46th founding anniversary of the Nationalist Workers' Party was celebrated in Morelganj, Bagerhat, on Saturday evening. The party marked the occasion with an official cake-cutting ceremony at their party office in Launchghat. Md. Shahidul Haque Babul, the Upazila BNP convener, graced the event as the chief guest.

Sikder Faridul Islam, the Municipal BNP President, attended the discussion meeting as a special guest. The discussion was presided over by Ward Sramik Dal President Hemayet Hossain Khan, with Municipal Sramik Dal President Md. Masud Khan Chunnu serving as the main speaker. Municipal Sramik Dal General Secretary Mashiur Rahman Jewel was the special speaker.

The event was also attended by Md. Jamal Akon, the founder and former president of Upazila Sramik Dal, Municipal Organizing Secretary Mehedi Hasan Liton, and various other leaders.
