Rajshahi, Oct 02 (V7N) – Rajshahi City Corporation Administrator Md Mahfuzur Rahman Riton on Thursday inspected three under-construction flyovers at Bondhgate, Nao Bilshimla and Horogram railway crossings in Rajshahi city.
The inspection was conducted under the Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development Project of Rajshahi City Corporation. The administrator reviewed the progress of construction and spoke with officials and representatives of the contractors involved in the projects.
During the inspection, Riton directed the concerned officials to ensure the quality of construction and complete the projects within the stipulated timeframe.
He first visited the flyover under construction at the Bondhgate railway crossing, where he reviewed the ongoing work and discussed its progress with the officials. He then inspected the flyovers at the Nao Bilshimla and Horogram railway crossings.
Rajshahi City Corporation officials, including Supervising Engineer Khairul Baker, Project Director and Executive Engineer (Development) Mahmudur Rahman Emon, Executive Engineer (Development) Nilufar Yasmin, and Assistant Engineers Asiful Habib Nibir, Sajibur Rahman, Mostafizur Rahman Maruf and Sakib Arafat Bihog, were present during the inspection.
Project managers from the contractor companies were also present.
