Dhaka, Nov 16 (V7N)- Dr. Katharina Wieser, the Austrian Ambassador to Bangladesh stationed in New Delhi, held a meeting with BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Saturday.

The hour-long discussion started at 12:30 PM at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan, according to Sayrul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP media cell.

Tasvir Ul Islam, the Honorary Consul of Austria to Bangladesh and a member of the BNP Chairperson’s Foreign Advisory Committee, was also present at the meeting.

While the exact topics of discussion were not disclosed, Sayrul stated that the talks revolved around matters of mutual interest between Bangladesh and Austria.
