New Delhi, Sep 07 (V7N)— The Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, a Hindu nationalist political group, has issued a threat to disrupt the second Test match between Bangladesh and India, scheduled to be held at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur later this month. The threat has been reported by ABP Live.

According to the organization, the move is intended as a protest against the alleged persecution of Hindus following recent political changes in Bangladesh. As a result of the threat, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is reportedly considering relocating the match to a different venue. One possible alternative being discussed is the Holkar Stadium in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, which has previously hosted only three international matches.

This threat follows a similar one aimed at a T20 match in Gwalior, raising concerns over the safety of the series. Both countries are preparing for a cricket series that includes two Test matches and three T20 games, with heightened security measures likely to be put in place following the latest developments.
