Despite escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, the aggression in Gaza shows no signs of abating. On Monday (April 15), Tel Aviv launched airstrikes targeting various areas, including Gaza City and Rafah.

Tragically, the airstrikes resulted in the loss of innocent lives, with four members of the same family, including a child, reportedly killed in the Tal Al Sultan area of Rafah, according to Wafa, the official news agency of Palestine. There are fears that additional casualties may be buried under the rubble caused by the attacks. Additionally, airstrikes occurred in northern Gaza, intensifying the humanitarian crisis in the region.

Reports indicate that residential areas and refugee camps bore the brunt of the bombings, leaving many Palestinians displaced and seeking refuge in makeshift shelters. Shockingly, a mosque in Jabaliya was also targeted, resulting in the death of at least one person.

Amidst the chaos, civilians are struggling to find safety, with many seeking refuge in schools like Hanoun, where they hope to find shelter from the ongoing violence.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported alarming figures, stating that over the past six months alone, approximately 33,800 individuals have lost their lives due to the conflict, while a staggering 76,500 have been injured. These devastating statistics underscore the urgent need for a peaceful resolution to the ongoing crisis in Gaza.
