Liverpool, Mar 19 (V7N) – Liverpool secured a place in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals with a commanding 4-1 aggregate victory over Galatasaray, setting up a clash with defending champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

At Anfield, the hosts dominated from the outset. Dominik Szoboszlai gave Liverpool the lead in the first half, although Mohamed Salah missed a penalty just before the break.

Liverpool turned the match decisively in the second half, scoring three goals in an 11-minute burst through Hugo Ekitike, Ryan Gravenberch, and Salah. With his goal, Salah reached the milestone of 50 goals in the UEFA Champions League.

Despite losing the first leg 1-0, Arne Slot’s side overturned the deficit to progress comfortably to the last eight with a 4-1 aggregate win.
