There is good news if you detest receiving obnoxious advertising messages from telcos, which they send from sunrise until occasionally even after midnight.

People can now cease receiving messages from telecom companies advertising their goods and services by using the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) service, which was introduced by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).

Ironically, despite the fact that this service is not new, many individuals are unaware of it because of a lack of awareness and publicity. Thus, the commission began releasing the service's specifics to the media on Saturday.

To stop the promotional messages, users can dial. Grameenphone *121*1101#,  Banglalink *121*8*6#,  Robi and  Airtel *7#.
