Kyiv, Dec 11 (V7N) – Ukraine has carried out a drone attack on another Russian oil tanker, marking the third such strike in the past two weeks. Kyiv released video footage of the operation on Wednesday.

Authorities have not disclosed any details regarding the extent of the damage. The targeted vessel, identified as Dashan, was carrying fuel oil through Ukraine’s exclusive economic zone at the time of the strike.

The tanker is believed to be part of Moscow’s “shadow fleet”—a network of vessels that operate with transponders switched off to conceal their movements. Russia reportedly uses these ships to secretly transport oil in an effort to evade international monitoring and sanctions. These vessels are commonly referred to as “dark fleets.”
