The US House of Representatives has approved a comprehensive aid package totaling $95 billion, earmarked for Israel, Ukraine, and the Indo-Pacific region. Following a vote on Sunday, US lawmakers endorsed the bills, signaling bipartisan support for international assistance efforts.

The aid package allocates $60.8 billion for Ukraine, $21 billion for Israel, and $8 billion for the Indo-Pacific region, aiming to bolster security and stability in these critical areas.

In a decisive vote, the bill for Ukraine garnered 311 votes in favor and 112 against, underscoring the urgency of supporting the embattled nation amid ongoing geopolitical tensions.

Similarly, the bill for Israel received overwhelming support, with 366 votes in favor and 158 against, highlighting the strong US-Israel alliance and commitment to ensuring Israel's security.

For the Indo-Pacific region, the bill secured 385 votes in favor and 34 against, reflecting efforts to enhance cooperation and engagement in the strategically significant region.

In addition to the aid package, the House also voted on a proposal to ban the social media platform TikTok in the United States. The measure received 360 votes in favor and 58 against, amid growing concerns over data privacy and national security implications associated with the Chinese-owned app.

Both bills will now proceed to the US Senate for further consideration and approval. Once ratified by the Senate and signed into law by President Biden, the aid package will provide critical support to Israel, Ukraine, and the Indo-Pacific region, strengthening US foreign policy efforts and promoting stability in key geopolitical hotspots.
