Dhaka, Oct 10 (V7N) — Acting Navy Chief Rear Admiral Mohammad Musa stated that the Bangladesh Navy is working in coordination with other forces to ensure a peaceful and disturbance-free Durga Puja celebration this year. He made this announcement while visiting the Radhakrishna Temple in Tejgaon Civil Aviation on Thursday morning.

Rear Admiral Mohammad Musa assured that the Navy's smart security personnel are stationed at various puja mandaps in Dhaka and along the coast to safeguard the festivities. In addition, the Navy is maintaining constant communication with the Puja celebration committees at every temple to ensure effective security measures.

He expressed hope that the festival would proceed smoothly and in an orderly fashion, without any untoward incidents. The Acting Navy Chief also encouraged the Hindu community to celebrate the Autumn Durga Festival without worry, reaffirming the Navy's commitment to maintaining peace and security throughout the event.
