Dhaka, Oct 27 (V7N) — Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus has called for unity to seize the opportunities for nation-building, cautioning that missing this moment could set Bangladesh far behind.
He made these remarks on Sunday morning at the formation ceremony of the Naval and Air Force Selection Board held in Dhaka Cantonment. Dr. Yunus emphasized the need to rise above differences and urged everyone to work together for the country’s progress.
The event marked the official establishment of the joint council for the Navy and Air Force. Dr. Yunus expressed his hope that both forces would continue to support the people with the same dedication and efficiency as in the past.
“I trust that the Navy and Air Force will stand by the citizens in this journey toward national development, just as they have done before,” Yunus stated. He further urged the board to ensure sound leadership and maintain the high standards of service expected from the armed forces.
The ceremony highlighted the Chief Adviser’s vision of a unified effort to capitalize on this critical period for Bangladesh’s development and progress.
