Dhaka, Nov 28 (V7N) –Bangladesh and South Korea have launched negotiations for signing an Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the two countries.

Commerce Adviser Sk Bashir Uddin and Korean Minister for Trade Inkyo Cheong attended the first meeting of the negotiation in Seoul, a message said.

MoU was also signed between the two countries as part of the initial step for signing the EPA on trade and investment, and infrastructure development.

Commerce Secretary Md Selim Uddin and Korean Deputy Minister for Trade Jongwon Park were present.
