Dhaka, Dec 08 (V7N) – The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a stern warning to foreign nationals residing in Bangladesh without valid documentation, urging them to regularize their status immediately.

Senior Public Relations Officer of the Ministry, Faisal Hasan, confirmed the matter on Sunday, emphasizing that legal action would be taken against those who fail to comply.

The official notice highlighted that complaints had been received about illegal foreign nationals working in various institutions across the country. It instructed these individuals to obtain the necessary documentation to legalize their stay and employment in Bangladesh.

Signed by Mohammad Khoda Bakhsh Chowdhury, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser, and Dr. Mohammad Abdul Momen, Senior Secretary of the Ministry, the notice reaffirmed the government’s commitment to addressing the issue promptly.
