Rain drenches Dhaka, other parts of Bangladesh

Dhaka, Feb 22 (V7N) –Rain with gusty winds is occurring in various regions of the country, including the capital.
In some places, the rain is light, while in others, it is heavy.

The Meteorological Department has informed that this rain may continue intermittently in different areas over the next few days.

In the capital, areas such as Agargaon, Mirpur, Bijoy Sarani, Farmgate, Green Road, Panthapath, Shukrabad, Kalabagan, Dhanmondi, Malibagh, Moghbazar, Mouchak, Rampura, Shantinagar, and Motijheel, among others, are experiencing intermittent rain.

Among these, some areas are experiencing light rain, some moderate, and others heavy rain with gusty winds.

The Meteorological Department also mentioned that there could be rain or thunder showers in a few places of Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, and Khulna divisions.

Meanwhile, the weather will mostly remain dry with partially cloudy skies in other parts of the country.

Light to moderate fog may occur in some areas across the country from late night to early morning.

The temperature throughout the country is expected to remain almost unchanged during the night and day.
