In his address to the media, Minister Samanta Lal emphasized that medical colleges and hospitals serve not only as healthcare providers but also as hubs for academic and research activities. Acknowledging the current state of the district hospital in Rajshahi, which remains non-operational, Minister Samanta Lal expressed the government's commitment to reviving its functionality promptly.
