Today concludes the second phase of Ijtema (followers of Maulana Sa'd Qandalvi) with the final prayer. That is, the 57th edition of the World Ijtema is ending today. Meanwhile, the crowd has been increasing in the Ijtema Maidan since last night to participate in the final prayer of the last day. Not finding a place in the field, many people are taking positions on the surrounding roads.
On Sunday (February 11) morning, the pressure of worshipers to participate in the last prayer has increased. Many people have to find speed in the crowd to find their companion. But no one complains even in such a crowd, rather there is extraordinary patience and joy of achievement.
According to the media coordinator of the second phase of Ijtema, Maulana Yusuf bin Saad Kandhalvi, the elder son of Maulana Saad of Delhi, will lead the final prayer after Hedayeti Bayan. The last prayer will end between 10 am and 11 am.
On the ground, it was seen that the flow of people was at every entrance of the Ijtema Maidan. To take part in the final prayer, they took a position in the space between the Ijtema's Oligli and Tabur.
There is no place to hold moles anywhere. The silence of the hum and noise of millions of people. This gathering of millions of worshipers is spreading warmth even in the winter morning. Everyone has one goal - to gain the pleasure of Allah.
This year's Ijtema ends with the last prayer of the second phase. Meanwhile, the traffic department has issued special instructions for the movement of vehicles to ensure smooth movement of people.
Incidentally, due to the dispute between the two sides of the Tabligh Jamaat, this year too the Biswa Ijtema is being held separately. The first phase was led by the followers of Maulana Zubair of Bangladesh. That episode runs from 1 to 4 February. The second phase of Ijtema begins on February 9. Which will end today. This phase is led by the followers of Maulana Saad Kandhalvi of India.
