Dhaka, Mar 19 (V7N) – A container train bogie derailed while entering Kamalapur Railway Station on Wednesday morning, causing a halt in train movement for an hour and a half. Train operations have now resumed, but only on a single line, according to station authorities.

  • The derailment occurred at around 11:30 AM, when two carriages of a container train fell off the tracks on the downline as it entered the station.
  • As a result, all train movements at Kamalapur Railway Station were suspended for some time.
