The Bangladesh Metrological Department (BMD) has issued a 24-hour rain and thundershower prediction for the Chattogram and Sylhet divisions of the nation, starting at 9:00 am on Friday.
 
"Temporary gusty or squally wind with rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at one or two places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with isolated places having hail," a met office advisory stated.
 
The majority of the country may continue to have dry weather, with sporadic cloud cover in some areas.
 
The country's day and nighttime temperatures might not alter much. It said that the pain could continue because of the increased moisture intrusion.
The districts of Chuadanga and Jashore, as well as the remaining portion of the Khulna division and the districts of Tangail, Faridpur, Gopalgonj, Manikgonj, Rajshahi, Pabna, Dinajpur, and Nilphamari, are all experiencing extremely high temperatures.
