Tangail, June 27 (V7N)- The open budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025 of Dhanbari Municipality in Tangail, amounting to Tk 29 crore 17 lakh 59 thousand 545, has been announced.
 
On Thursday (June 27) at noon, the budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025 of Dhanbari Municipality was announced. The budget presentation was held in the conference room of the municipality, conducted by the municipality's sub-assistant engineer Nur Mohammad, and presided over by Mayor Muhammad Moniruzzaman Bokul. The municipal executive officer, Debashish Das, presented the budget and announced an allocation of Tk 29 crore 17 lakh 59 thousand 545.
 
The announced budget includes a projected revenue income of Tk 3 crore 96 lakh 59 thousand 545 and a revenue expenditure of Tk 3 crore 72 lakh 57 thousand 521. Development income and expenditure are both estimated at Tk 25 crore 21 lakh, with a closing revenue balance of Tk 24 lakh 2 thousand 24.
 
Among others who spoke at the budget session were Assistant Engineer Mohammad Sanowar Hossain, Panel Mayor Mir Abdur Razzak, Councilor Khorshed Alam Khosru, Conservancy Inspector Bishwanath Bhattacharya, Joint General Secretary of Dhanbari Press Club Hafizur Rahman, Organizational Secretary Syed Sajan Ahmed Razu, and others.
