The initiative aims to promote girls' education, ease students' daily journeys to school and encourage them to continue their studies.
The state minister also arranged a free medical camp for underprivileged people, with around 4,000 receiving eye care services. He said that instead of holding a conventional cake-cutting celebration, Zaima Rahman's birthday was celebrated by providing humanitarian assistance to underprivileged people.
