Ahmedabad, Feb 08 (V7N) – As the United States intensifies its deportation of undocumented immigrants under Donald Trump's toughened immigration policies, anxiety is rising among Indian visa seekers. According to a report by The Guardian, many Indians are turning to spiritual solutions, flocking to temples in hopes of securing U.S. visas.

One such temple, known as 'Visa Hanuman,' located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has seen a surge in visitors. Devotees believe that seeking the blessings of Lord Hanuman, a revered deity in Hinduism known for his strength and devotion, will improve their chances of obtaining visas.

Vijay Bhatt, the temple priest, explained the ritual: “Visa applicants are asked to place their passports in front of Lord Hanuman and chant hymns.” Bhatt claims that numerous devotees have reported receiving visa approvals within hours of performing the puja (prayer ritual).

This trend reflects the growing desperation among Indians facing uncertainty in the U.S. immigration process. Since Trump signed several executive orders targeting illegal immigration, India has been under pressure as more of its citizens face deportation or visa denials.

The phenomenon at 'Visa Hanuman' temple highlights the intersection of faith and the complex realities of global migration, as people seek divine intervention in navigating increasingly stringent immigration policies.
