Arsenal's rough patch continued with a narrow 1-0 Champions League loss to Inter Milan on Wednesday, despite dominating much of the game at the San Siro. Mikel Arteta’s side controlled possession and registered 21 shots compared to Inter's seven, but a controversial penalty awarded just before halftime proved decisive.

Arteta expressed pride in his team’s performance, emphasizing their dominance against a top European side. "The worst thing of the night is the result," he said, pointing to the team's intensity, attitude, and control as positive signs.

Looking ahead to their upcoming Premier League match against Chelsea, Arteta sounded optimistic, saying, "If we play the way we played, we'll have a big chance to win against Chelsea." Arsenal, currently fifth in the league, will face fourth-placed Chelsea on Sunday in a key London derby.

Arteta also gave an injury update on Kai Havertz, who left the game after a head clash. "He's got a big cut. He needed some stitches, but hopefully he's going to be okay for the weekend," Arteta shared, hoping the forward will recover in time for the Chelsea clash.
