London, July 5, 2024 – Tulip Siddique, the daughter of Sheikh Rehana and granddaughter of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, has achieved a significant victory in the UK general election. Representing the Labour Party, she was re-elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) from the Hampstead and Kilburn constituency in London for the fourth consecutive term.

Tulip secured 23,432 votes, a substantial lead over her closest rival, Don Williams of the Conservative Party, who garnered 8,462 votes. This marks a difference of 15,000 votes, underscoring her strong support within the constituency.
